For the purposes of this assignment, you need to read carefully the case study below and then write an assignment of 1,500 words answering the following questions:
Recently, you undertook a leadership role in a team where team members experience low morale, poor performance and derangement. The turnover rate at the organizational level has been extremely high. As a consequence, organizational performance decreases constantly as employees are less productive and the majority of them have the intention to quit.
