This is because for the final module of this programme (Developing as a Researcher Part 2) you are not allowed to proceed with primary data collection, but only with secondary.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the material covered in this module and by reviewing the existing literature and based on the applied business psychology, you are requested to identify a business psychology research problem and based on this, to develop your Research Proposal. Some indicative areas in business psychology that you can work for preparing your proposal are:<br \/>\n\u2022 Staff selection and assessment<br \/>\n\u2022 Training and development at work<br \/>\n\u2022 Human engineering \/ human factors<br \/>\n\u2022 Employee motivation, engagement and well-being at work<br \/>\n\u2022 Leadership and teamwork<br \/>\n\u2022 Organisational change and development<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The structure of your research proposal should include the following:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>1. Section 1: Research topic, aim and objectives (1100 words)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>a. Based on the feedback given from the summative assessment point 1, elaborate on the proposed research topic and offer a clear rationale, along with an updated aim and objectives. In this section, you are requested to provide an appropriate background information on your chosen subject and to explain the rationale for selecting this research topic.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Section 2: Literature review (1900 words)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>a. The literature review should analyse and synthesise relevant academic literature based on the chosen research topic.<br \/>\nb.
